ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Four and Twenty is an online poetry journal that publishes the shortest of short form poetry. We specifically seek out fresh and emerging voices to include in the journal. Our guidelines are simple. All poems must be four lines or fewer in length and contain no more than twenty words (hence, Four and Twenty). There is no set theme for the journal. A new issue of the journal is released the third Tuesday of each month.
ABOUT OUR STAFF
Vinnie Kinsella, Publisher
Vinnie calls himself a publishing professional because it’s easier to say than “writer / editor / document designer / journal publisher / college instructor.” When he’s not helping people develop books, he’s usually running (or cycling) the streets of Vancouver, Washington. Learn more about Vinnie at vinniekinsella.com.
Geoff Pope, Associate Editor
Geoff’s life is fastened to writing. He works as an English instructor (for City University of Seattle), an English Studio Coach with Rosetta Stone, and a freelance editor and tutor. One of his ten-syllable poems is forthcoming in Switched-on Gutenberg. Learn more about Geoff at geoffpope.com.
Kay Tracy, Associate Editor
Kay is a graduate of Portland State University’s writing and publishing program. She enjoys working with children, and plans to find ways to use Four and Twenty in classroom publishing projects. She has poetry published in Four and Twenty, Magnapoets, and her blog, Immersed in Word.
